GP Mast which was first developed under the trade name Masterril, was originally used as an anti-estrogenic drug. Its original prescribed use was to help treat breast cancer and was used in combination with other drugs that had an anti-estrogenic effect on ncbl breast cancer.
Due to its anti-estrogen nature, some characteristics of Masterone can be imagined. This compound is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone, or DHT, and is not converted in the body to estrogen, a process known as aromatization. Free testosterone, i.e. testosterone that is readily available for use by the body, can be aromatised into oestrogen.
Masterone is a compound which inhibits the aromatase enzyme, so it can be useful for maintaining optimum levels of free testosterone in the body. It may also be useful for preventing the aromatization of other compounds or steroids known to convert to estrogen.
Two forms of Masterone (Drostanolone) :
DROSTANOLONE PROPIONATE.
Masterone propionate is extremely effective as an anti-estrogen and anabolic, but some other steroids on the market are known to be stronger. Nevertheless, Masterone propionate can be useful for improving muscle growth.
DROSTANOLONE ENANTHATE.
Masterone enanthate, or Drostanolone enanthate, is a longer ester of the Masterone molecule, which means it is eliminated from the body slower than its propionate counterpart.
Drostanolone side effects:
Hair loss;
Loss of emotional control;
Acne;
Testosterone suppression;
Dosage of Masterone.
Drostanolone propionate is usually dosed in smaller amounts, in the range of 50-150 mg/ml.
Drostanolone enanthate is a slower acting version. Because of its slower action, users usually take slightly higher doses, 200 mg/ml.
