Masteron, which was first developed under the trade name Masterril, was originally used as an anti-estrogenic drug. Its original prescribed use was to treat breast cancer and was used in combination with other drugs that had an anti-estrogenic effect on ncbl breast cancer.
Because of its anti-estrogenic nature, it is possible to present some characteristics of Masterone. This compound is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone, or DHT, and is not converted in the body to estrogen, a process known as aromatization. Free testosterone, that is, testosterone that is readily available for use by the body, can be aromatized into estrogen.
Masterone it can be useful for maintaining optimal levels of free testosterone in the body. It can also be useful for preventing aromatization of other compounds or steroids that are known to convert to estrogen.
Two forms of Masterone (Drostanolone) :
Masterone propionate is effective as an anti-estrogen and anabolic, Masterone propionate can be useful for improving muscle growth.
Masterone enanthate, or Drostanolone enanthate, is a longer ester of the Masterone molecule, which means that it is eliminated from the body more slowly than its propionate counterpart.

Dosage of Masterone.
Drostanolone propionate is usually dosed in smaller amounts, in the 50-150 mg/mL range.
Drostanolone enanthate is a slower acting version. Because of its slower action, users usually take slightly higher doses of 200 mg/ml.
